<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<li>10 oz chocolate chips</li>
<li>3 Tb Salted butter, or unsalted but add a pinch of salt then</li>
<li>3 Tb water</li>
<li>1/2 C sugar</li>
<li>3 eggs</li>
<li>1 tsp vanilla extract</li>
<li>1/3 C flour</li>
<p>Add butter and water to the chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute then add 30 secondes as needed until chips are melted.<br />
Add the rest of the ingredients to the melted chocolate chips, pour in a non-stick pan or lined your pan with parchment paper.<br />
Bake at 325F for 40mn. Let cool and Enjoy!</p>
