Rhum raisins rice pudding

First off we would like to tell you that you can omit the rhum if you are worried about it though the alcohol will burn off during the cooking process and it brings a really nice flavor to the final dish.

3/4 C of white basmati rice
1 1/2 C of water
5 C of soymilk
vanilla bean split in half or 2tspn of vanilla extract
1/2 tspn of salt
1/4 to 1/3 C of sugar (depending how sweet the soymilk you are using is).
3/4 C of raisin
2 Tb rhum

Easy Gooey Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz chocolate chips
  • 3 Tb Salted butter, or unsalted but add a pinch of salt then
  • 3 Tb water
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 C flour
  • Add butter and water to the chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute then add 30 secondes as needed until chips are melted.
    Add the rest of the ingredients to the melted chocolate chips, pour in a non-stick pan or lined your pan with parchment paper.
    Bake at 325F for 40mn. Let cool and Enjoy!
